Why do Europeans have the rascist feeling against asian people ?

One of Bollywoods most famous stars, Shilpa shetty has been called bossy and fake my other women in the UK television show Celebrity Big Brother.
Do the Europeans think they are too smart, or it looks like that they do have such a poor culture and misbehave.
