Do you ever use Turkey instead of Beef in Recipes?

I just made some chili with ground turkey instead of ground beef. The kids loved it and never even asked about the meat. I find it a bit more healthy and think I'll keep doing it. I made some turkey burgers for them last summer and they were lukewarm to the meal. Has anyone else found good turkey recipes to use? Any complaints from the family?
