I learned to swim in a swimming pool near my house. The most important Swimming pool. I was too "old" and tall to be afloat (i was 9-10 years old). I needed about 1 years to do it.After this i loved the water and swimming crowl and frog style specially.

This is the way all children in the village learn to swim. At least in India. U must have had a really wonderful childhood in the village in which U grew up in. Especially when U think of the good old village days. Dont U feel pity for today's city bred children who dont have any childhood, spend all their time either studying due to pressure or getting into activities which have been forced upon them because it is mandatory to participate in such activities in urban life, or else youre left behind. What do they have to look back upon?
