Anyone interested in Flash Actionscript?

Flash ActionScript can be used to create games and animation for the web. It is also not difficult to learn. I'm writing a book on it.

I would love to know IF I need actionscript for what I am trying to do on a website! I want to have only a section (the header) of the page to be "animated". I want the letters to fade inand then flash a couple of times or actually glisten...you know like a star would? Anyway, any ideas?

What you require is no problem for Flash. Actually, you don't need ActionScript for this effect, it can all be done using regular tweening. Let me know. I could create one for you.

that sounds really interesting. I've always wanted to know how to make animations. I think its fun! i hope i could learn how to do that and use that program. Good luck to your book. maybe you could lend us some e-books? :)
