Is there a high decibel whistle which would annoy a dog so much that it would stop barking?

just sing a song before that bloody dog so it ll stop barking for this u dont hav to think about any whistle

No, and I'd advise you not to try that angle. Either the dog would get so annoyed it would never shut up, or someone would accuse you of cruelty. There are treatments, but in the meantime, buy some earmuffs. Keeps out other rackets, too.
