Banishing ignorance is like damming a dry river bed or pumping water out of a dry lake. Willful ignorance requires a teachable heart, which comes by full contact with the consequences of one's actions for a full realization of one's intellectual underdevelopment. Natural ignorance is the inability to understand, typically by philosophical disonance, which requires empathy to understand new worldviews and premises. Immature ignorance is simply the result of a lack of experience, and is easily solved by the introduction of the experiences.so what do you say

I feel that parents have the greater responsibility in teaching their children about things in life. Of course, there are many things that we need to experience ourselves and we need to make our own mistakes in life. But parental guidance is crucial; whereas, a lot of parents could care less what happens to their children; that they have a happy and productive life. I'm sorry to have to say that, but it seems to me as if the world has become a me, me, me situation and heck with anyone else.
