Exercise... whats your routine?

So I am trying to figure out a workout routine or exercise schedule so that i can get fit and maybe shed a few pounds. What do you guys do to keep the pounds off? or what do you do for exercise?

the best way to lose weight or your extra pounds is jogging. it's also good for your stamina.

do you listen to music when you jog? I just find jogging so boring...

i do listen to music when i jog. it's only boring for those who have no company to jog with or for those doing stationary jogging. anyways, just focus your mind on losing extra pounds and mind-set your self to jog and lose extra weight. while jogging, just think you will lose 1 pound, and you will. whatever the mind thinks it can perceive, it can achieve. good luck.

I mainly walk, swim in the summer, play basketball, skate, and ride my bike.

haha that's a lot of vareity... ya im thinking about getting a bike, just to get some cardio in
