I am handicapped and have been all my life with polio.....I find it very aggravating when trying to pull up into a handicapped parking place when there are other cars or trucks that do not display a handicapped place card or handicapped plates they make it harded for a disabled person to park close to the stores for instant I had to go to the hospital and there was a car in the handicapped zone that was not diplayong a lincense or a place card anyway I had to park quite a ways from the building and I fell walking to the hospital had a pretty big bruise on my left leg as I was walking they came out with a wheel chair th see if I needed help the staff at the hospital told me to report it the next time I went there and a car was parked in the handicapped zone without any sign on it I called the next time I went there and the person was forced to move their car.....what would you do? Do you think it is ok when the abled body person takes the advantage when it comes to the handicapped zone

No, it is not ok. Drivers should have more respect and pay attention to where they can't park. I admit, a few times I have parked in a handicapped parking space. That is because sometimes they are not marked very well. I would not park in one on purpose. It is inconsiderate of people who do.
