Please help...now that i'm 43 i seem to have excess weight on me where i never did! i used to be able to eat anything i wanted..all day long and not gain an ounce and had a super tight body...Now, I am a bowl of jello! Hate me these days. I never had to diet before and would greatly appreciate any suggestions for a way to eat right and lose at the same time. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Sure...I used to be you!! Be careful!!hahah ... trying going to the gym and putting on muscle, but doing less reps and more weights. As far as diet, perhaps some of the supplemental shakes in the health food stores - i know Myoplex used to make me gain where I wanted to. Good luck!

I don't think trying 'to starve a little bit' is a good idea! You just need to make better food choices, it's so hard I'm trying to do it too. I'm trying to eat more fruit and vegetables, and less junk like chocolate (very hard to do!!) and chips etc I've been too lazy so far to get back into the exercise, but that's a must if you want to lose some weight :)

Lemonade?!!! Serious?..with sugar..or just the lemons and some water? And I used to be a HUGE workout buff, actually a personal trainer..but I just can't get myself into it anymore.
