fitness for me is to stay fit for healthy leaving.i do regular half an hour yoga to make my body n mind fit.

can you tell me the difference between sport and fitnes and i don't now how to say ???????....But fitness is the way to make your body buty and so on....but helps people to over run people their max ability of doing something....and as i were stydied in academy of managment helps to work mind and soul together....what do you think of this?

Physical fitness is a result of regular physical activity, proper diet and nutrition, and proper rest for physical recovery within the parameters allowed by the genome. Physical fitness is often divided into the following types (in alphabetical order): Agility Balance Body Composition Cardiovascular endurance Coordination Flexibility Muscular strength & endurance Speed Many sources also cite mental and emotional health as an important part of overall fitness. This is often presented in textbooks as a triangle made up of three sub-sections which represent physical, emotional, and mental fitness. Hence, one may be physically fit but may still suffer from a mental illness or have emotional problems. The "ideal triangle" is balanced in all areas.
