How many of you would think that its a good ideas for mylot to introduce a "Forum/Community Moderators" system as to better improve the entire forum quality in terms of taking control on certain levels of members activities or simply a better problems solving within the forum? I think its a very good ideas as am sure it will be mostly on the good side especially for those members who have been very well performed in this forum in which they can be better rates by those moderators and that probably will creates certain levels of pressures for those who were just try to fooling around here.I think if there's moderators get involve to participates together with all of us it will surely make easy for us to reach a quick responses/answers on any doubts which we might facing through out our stay over here and this was especially useful for those newbies as by then they can have proper guardians during their first few days in the forum to help them in whatever issues they might facing. Another very important aspect was that I always saw a discussions topics which were actually urgently seek for helps like payments concerns, ratings doubts, problems in postings and etc. Which I notice there actually few complaints about their problems were hanging till date due to no reply from mylot yet. As for these few points of mine I truly think thats it might be just another good news for us to have a moderators to e introduce. Kindly share anything in your mind with regards to this topic as I think with any single idea from anyone of you might be very much in helping mylot to grow better to be one of the best paid forum on the net. So.....here you go for your values input!!

It is hightime, mylot introduces moderator system. As the number of people increase here it is difficult to keep tab on their discussions and responses. Many of them keep asking the questions which have been answered hundred times. If someone posts a bad topic (very common topic), it can be removed at the initial stage, rather than removing after some one complains.

You just show us very good point to make it a need of moderators with your very good example.Personally I truly agreed with you and do have the same thinking like what you had mention.Any postings which were found not up to forum levels of standard should be filter and block in the early stages rather then let them get through all the way to reach it far end and yet to delete them at last.Thats really not fair for those users who were seriously take their times and efforts to contributes their good qualities responses without knowing it will still get deleted.I think with the moderators in place this kind of issues will surely been solve within minutes and that what we all happy to see:) Thanks for your very nice respond.

I have been on many sites with moderators and there is not much of difference without one. In my opinion mylot is doing just fine without them.

I am sorry to disagreed with you on this which I believed there's will be a need and will make a difference for them to have sufficient moderators in positions as mylot was one of the very quality forum with very high populations.I don't really think its fair to simply make any comparisons in such a manner unless you can prove that they were in very similar type of forums which atleast cover their populations size, forum standard/quality and etc.Anyway I hope you will understand that am not try saying that the others were low quality or no standards as my opinions was only apply to my entire discussion in which I wish to find out others opinions with regard to the topic concern. thanks for your respond.

That would be a good idea. But since mylot is already taking measures to introduce many changes, I guess moderating is already in their mind. Maybe they just can't push thru at this time. Let's hear from them first.

In fact mylot do have their moderators in place to monitor the forum activities just that it wouldn't be easy tasks for them due to the very fast growing populations. Thanks for sharing your views in my discussions.

I am sorry but I can't agreed with your comments as the facts is moderators were someone who granted a power to enforce a rules and look after every activities within the forums. Its a must and a need for any proper forums/web based communities to have a moderators look after the forums/communities activities and the same goes to existing mylot as well and its definitely not a copycats. I don't think you have truly go through my discussion topic.Anyway thanks for your respond and hope you will enjoy your time in mylot.
