I am now 24 weeks, with twins. How much should I gain a week? My docter said a pound a week.I have gained 2 pound a week, so for this month I gained 8 pounds. What do you think? Is that too much for twins? should i cut back a little. Even though I don't eat much, and I don't see my body gainng any weight, but my tummy.thanks in advance

if your only gaining 2lbs per week, your doing fine. don't worry so much. If it were more like 5+ lbs a week then you could cut back, your carrying twins, it's ok to gain a little more then the "ideal" pregnancy. every pregnancy is different, the doctor is giving u an AVERAGE number which mean 50% gain more and 50% gain less.
