It's online chatting a better way to win new friends?

I'm an online chatters for about a year, but as with my experience, friends come and friends go by fastly... How can i win new friends with with i can have him forever?

Yes! It is also happening to me. But I changed my views by selecting a different person in a aged group. So that it will make good company to share with experience and at a casual leisure period.
