This is a website which i found very interesting to check our connection speed and very accurate too.
click this site and a page opens choose any servers eg dallas washington etc and wait for sometime.after it checks the speed is listed.
you can know the uploading and downloading speed from this site.
check out and list it down very members,so that we can know our stand in the world.
My speed came up to 1.7kbps downloading that is 220kb\s
and for uploading is 140kb\s.

There are lots of sites available on net which gives you this feature to check your net speed like novaks etc. But the site you had given is also good.
