Not very long agho I decided to eat cerealy on a daily basis. Everybody said how healthy they are. But I observed that in a few weeks I gained weight! A few kg in plus, although I did not eat more than before. What do you think about it?

Read the label on the cereal box!! Carbs!!!! Want to lose weight? Eat protein, fresh fruits and vegetables, period. Cut the sugar and cut the fat. Cut the white rice and potatoes. No calorie counting. Just good wholesome food. Read your labels. Be dilligent in avoiding sugar and fat. It's in everything boxed and canned. Follow this and you will be amazed at the results. A cardiologist gave me this. It works magic. I lost 70 pounds in one year. Good luck.

Me again. Everybody panics over cutting out the junk. You will be surprised. Not only is it easier to eat this way, it is less expensive. You don't have to drink water to curb your hunger. Eat. Eat real food. Tuna, chicken, turkey, boiled eggs, raw vegetables. an apple, an orange, cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on celery- all make excellent snacks. You eat breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks in between so you don't get hungry. It is recommended that you eat every 3 hours. Your meals will automatically be small because you are constantly eating. You are not dieting. You are weaning yourself off the white carbs.
