How should we attract people to become our referrals ?

As everyone knows , referrals pay you a lot .i find it very difficult to attract people to become my referral . I sit on the internet messaging yahoo users about mylot but there is no reply from anyone . experienced mylot users please tell me what should i do ??

U can try duno.com its a good site that pays u for giving answers for questions also there is a site called treasuretrooper which gives a no. of ways through which u can make money.
