Exercise During Pregnancy

I am aware of the many kinds of exercise for pregnant women ranging from swimming to Yoga... What do you think is the best form of exercise when one is pregnant?

yes its nice to see a pregnant women here in mylot.. i will give you one exercise to you that will help you in the delivery... just bend your legs and sit on the knees and keep your hand back and lie down to the floor and remain there for 2 seconds and get back do this for some time... it will help you
