Will the words that we type reflect our personality to other members.

the response that get after we post a topic does they reflect the kind of person ,his personality .this is true to some extend..
some post ....just the word thanku..i see that the person is a reserved one.
some posts like in paragraphs..
i think they think lot about the topic and are like knowledge pools..
pls comment on this,,topic...pls be elaborate.thank u in advance.

To a certain extent I guess so, because the only communication we have available are the words, through them we get in touch with each other, but there're users with a very limited English which does not reflect they're dumb or don't even think about a elaborated discussion, I for one am a English learner and to be honest I think my English is a little cheesy but I always try to do my best.
