In my depression mood i prefer to be engaged in the work and make my self not to feel the depression. Actually it is fact when you will feel tired phisically you will forget the depression. So whenever you feel depression make yourself tired. In my way this is the best way to avoid the depression.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.

Yogic asanas such as vakrasana, bhujangasana, shalabhasana, halasana, paschimottanasana, sarvangasana and shavasana and pranayamas like kapalbhati, anuloma-viloma and bhastrika are highly beneficial in the treatment of depression.Meditation involves training the mind to remain fixed on a certain external or internal location. All the mental faculties should be directed, without cessation, towards the object of meditation. It can be achieved by constant practice. It will be advisable to meditate on God or Atman as one becomes imbued with the quality of the object on which one meditates. Meditation will help create an amount of balance in the nervous system. This would enable the glands to return to a correct state of hormonal balance and thereby overcome the feeling of depression. Regularity of time, place and practice are very important in meditation. Regularity conditions the mind to slowing down its activities with a minimum delay. The most effective times are early dawn and dusk, when the atmosphere is serene and peaceful.

I guess one way to say Good bye depression is by reading magazines, sleep well, keep yourself busy of doing some other things, spend more time with your friends, talk to some one that you can share your problems with, and you can also watch funny movies, and most specially you have to ask God help through prayers to finally say good bye depression.
