The casting couch commonly known in the west as hard audition is becoming more and more common in Bollywood.The underworld demand favor,the producers,directors and even the technicians line up these days in the darkness of privacy.Should this culture be encouraged?

this is not a culture my dear and it should not be encouraged even in hollywood
