You all might be aware of the latest controversy surrounding the reality Game show "Big Brother" in UK, because of the racial comments and slurs passed on the Indian Actor Shilpa Shetty who is a participant in the game show now. How could people resort to such cheap gimmicks just to play the game and win it? If such racial comments were passed on to the others, probably they wouldn't be able to take it. We are a lot tolerant to all this, and they were not able to get her name properly and one of the participants even said whatever it is I will call you Indian. Although it is only a game, it is being watched by millions all over the world, and UK has a sizable population of Asians and Indians, and it was bound to create a controversy, which it has done now. So what do you say, are such racial comments / slurs acceptable even in a reality game show or no?

Hey thanks wallflowers for your response, it seems you were reading it right, as is evident from the back tracking done by Shilpa yesterday. Yes people do such stunts, and being a reality game I guess she is trying to win the game as well as get some attention to get the foreign film agents to have a look at her. Well she is an actor and hence could be framing the whole rona dona also. Thanks once again and take care.
