my friend met a girl in a bar,he said:I would like to have fun with her,but date with her would make him feel lower respect by his friends.

well i don't have problems with that. I won't looked down on my friends just because he's dating a girl that he meet at the bar.
I will looked down on him if he's abusing, raping, or molesting the girl ... otherwise, it's his right to date with every girl that he wants.
I respect my friends right, and i won't really bother with their social life as long as it's not one of my bussiness (like if he's dating my sister / my girlfriend / my wife / my relatives)

Not really... I don't like picking girls up, I like meeting them then seeing what happens from there after a friendship or casual relationship. I think most of the bar stuff seems to be superficial and since you are usually drunk it isn't as strong a bond and can sometimes end in some poor decisions.
