Would you love someone you don't even know?

We all know that most people go online just to find a perfect match for them. People who has the same interests get hooked up with each other then eventually, they find theirselves fall in love with the person. But in reality, is it really possible to fall in love with someone you just met over the Internet? Would you?

my boyfriend and i met on the internet last (november) 2005. we started out as friends then we became "us" on april of 2006. we met last november of 2006. and i can say, it is really love. good thing is that we did not rush into the relationship. we took time to get to know each other more. and i will move to sweden soon this year to be with him. and we will get married anytime soon.

Wow, ontratulations to the both of you. It is indeed nice to know that some successful relationships started over the Internet. Well, some can really find love in such ways, but some aren't that lucky to find "the one" over the Internet.

it is possible. if you know his/her face,attitude,or things you would hope for you to love him/her. usually things start from a chat, or sharing interests between the two. but i prefer loving someone i had known.

i do not know, but im really sure i cannot love someone who i dont know much. it is really impossible to love someone you met over the net only.

yes...i met my husband in a chatroom. since then we always talk over the phone we even texts each other every now and then. then we started to fall in love. we got married last june 2005. we've been together as boyfriend and girlfriend for 4 years before we got married. and it is indeed the most happiest moment of my life...

I just don't know how that is possible. I am not saying that looks are everything,but they are a factor. I'll give you an example. My sister met a guy online. They talked and the next thing I know they are "in love". The guy takes a bus from Texas to Pennsylvania and she goes and picks him up. She had never seen the guy! She only had what he said he looked like to go on. Well the guy looked like SPONGEBOB!!!! He had no drivers license nor was he willing to work. He wanted to stay with her and she was to nice to tell him to get lost. So I did. I bought him a one way ticket back home. She took him to the bus station and the funny thing is I put a password on the ticket. He had to say Spongebob to get his ticket! God I wish I could have been there!

I don't think I could love someone I don't know. I can love mankind as a whole and individuals for things they do but to actually be in love I don't thinks so.
