What is the reason for Brain Drain from India?

Please give your suggestions on this.
I think that the Brain Drain percentage should be minimum, ideal 0%, if we want India to become super power.Also it is better to do some thing for our own country rather than doing it for some other country for some more money.Now a days even company from India are paying more.
What do you think?

This is due to attracions of other country and high salaries only.

i think that the basic reason behind the brain drain is the lack of opportunities in india as we don't have such a flourishing job in india as we have in abroad.
there r chances that we will rise more as well as get a better package in foreign.
they pay in dollars and indian currency is weak as compared to dollars so the students prefer to go out as compared to staying in india.
also there r better research options in abroad than india.
so people go out for their overall motives.
