Is India capable to win a gold in olympics 2008

We have seen India's poor performance in Asian games held sometime ago.Do u think we can get a single gold medal in Olympics??

ok if we leave tennis in which we have slight chance to win gold..what abt other games?? The condition of other games are pathetic...I m not saying we dont have good players but the quality is not good..how can improve that quality before Olympics?

India have about 1 billion of people, and so it probably that it will do something...

yes,india is surely capable of winning the gold in the olympics but never trying to change its capability into reality.
wish this would happen soon.
