I think you could only afford to have one through supplementary card, ususally the legal age requirement is 18.

I thin that you should have to be an adult first, but if you are seriously going to go through with this then you have to be careful to make sure that you do not spend more than you can pay off, you do not want to get into debt at such an early age, once you get in it is not always that easy to get back out again.

I think thre no much available services for younger people unless you'll be given with a supplementary card by someone else who is a principal holder.

You can't get a CC on your own but you can get one with a principal account holder. Or you can try a prepaid card something like Visabux is aimed at young people, you load he card and use what is on the card but an adult has to again be the principal account holder.
