We have a fat cat named BoBo, which is short for Bodacious cause she is so fat. She is like a wireless heating pad at night when she lays on me.

Currently, we have six dogs. We had several cats, but sadly, they all passed away from various ailments and old age. We are looking to get a couple of kittens for Christmas for my daughter, who misses the kitties like my husband and I do. We haven't had much luck, though, in finding any. :(

Those sound cute. I've been thinking of getting a Maltepoo, which is a maltese and poodle. They are so cute but they're expensive. So that's gonna have to wait for now. Plus my dog is so spoiled. I think she would get along with another dog, just don't know want to make her jealous hehe.

We currently have 10 pets. They are as follows:
2 parakeets, Cloudee and Skigh
1 canary, Confetti
2 guinea pigs, Moose and Bear
1 mini-lop (bunny), Rocky
1 chinchilla, Jingles
1 cat, Critter
2 yorkies, Sasee and Belle
You would love a chinchilla! They are so soft and so active (at night!). Watching them take their dust bath is amazing! Be aware though, they are not "cuddly". They don't like to be held but love to hop all over the place. You have to have one safe room to let them out in once a week. It can't have anything they can get stuck behind or jump up on where you can't safely reach them. They are amazing jumpers!

I would so love to have a Chinchilla. Are they hard to take care of?

No, they are very easy to take care of...but it is expensive to get started. They must have a very large cage which is over $100 and then all the necessary accessories for the cage plus others specific for a chin: a ceramic tile square, a house, a large solid running wheel, a jumping ledge and a bath house. I really suggest getting a good book on chinchillas so you are fully prepared.

I agree about the Chinchillas. That's the reason I haven't gotten one yet. I want to make sure I have a good knowledge of everything and also because of not really having the room at the moment.

I have 2 dogs Lady 12 years and Trixy 1 year They are both miniture shelties and they are both deaf But they can still bark up a storm if anything or anybody is outside I saved them both from being put to sleep in shelters. Before them I had always owned only golden labs.

We have two dogs (one is a chocolate lab and the other is a Jack Russell/Chiuaua(?) mix), a cat and a some koi (inside and outside).

I have a beautiful 6-yr-old black lab named Bingo. He is such a joy to have around. We adopted him around a year ago from a gentlman that could no longer take care of him. He is so playful and loveable!

We have an american staffy, and three Appaloosas (horses. We also have some fish.

Pitbulls are given such a bad reputation, it's such a shame. I think it's just because people don't understand them. And it's all about how the owners raise and train them. Thanks for your response!
