Soup and Snow

Whenever it snows I feel the need to eat soup. It's snowing outside. I didn't watch the weather and I am not prepared for soup. I have left over roast beef and a few veggies in my fridge. Any ideas on what I can make?

Soup is nice when it is cold, I have a lot of soup in the winter, salad in summer and soup in winter.....
