A different world

I love reading my fantasy fiction, the worlds inhabited by kender and dwarves, dark elves and ogres. Although these creatures inhabit the fantasty world, the situations and tales still mirror our reality, it's often that they have a different way of looking at situations and dealing with them. A wizard would use magic to solve a problem, something I sometimes wish we could do in our reality.

My world is different and I welcome you to my world. I hope you try it. I am a Christian and a translator of the Word of God from Greek to English. These are translations and not versions wherein it is generally accepted that versions are 80% not translations. The aforementioned translations are simple and easy to understand and these are translations which means that they are more accurate than the versions. I love Fantasy books. I think for the most part they do take us away from the troubles of every day. They might have their own problems in their world but they aren't ones we have to deal with normally. Most don't have dragons for example roaming about. One of my favorite series is the series of Xanth by Piers Anthony. Reading that really allows me to let this world disolve and I can just get into that one. Too bad we can't actually visit those worlds though.
