Freinds are getting great jobs but ..

As I coach lots of Engineering students, I'm to bear this very awkward situation each year. In a batch of ten students, when four to five students grab great jobs, the others seem to be literally frustrated. It becomes very difficult to keep them motivated and focussed. Luckily the rest of them get jobs within a span of four to six months, but still, that four to six months span is very much unbearable to witness closely. I've seen some of them are getting ill also for this mental pressure. How to keep them motivated in such a situation?
