Mince Recipes?

Please hand over all your fabulous mince recipes! If I have to eat spag bol, cottage pie or meatloaf one more time I'm going to scream! Mince seems to be a staple meat requirement in our house and the cook needs more ideas.

Apple Butter Bread (Two Recipes
hipe you like it
2 cups all-purpose flour (I used half whole wheat flour)
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups apple butter (divided)
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
