Help I need advice!!!!!

I have three dogs 2 toy chihuahus Princess 3 yrs old Adonis 4 months and Hiro a pomerainian 9 months old. Heres my dilemma Princess came into heat a few weeks ago and I wasn't paying close attention cause we have a new baby in the house. Well the pomerainian got her :| I seperated them for the remainder of her heat but I think I acted too late. She has had two litters before but they wer from another toy Chihuahua and he was slightly larger than her. The deliveries were somewhat uneventful with the exception of the second pup of each litter got stuck. Now shes pregnant by the pom and hes quite a bit larger than her so much so that when they were stuck together her back legs didnt even touch the ground. I don't know what I should do I am planning to wait to take her to the vet when she starts to show. Is this to long? Will she be ok? Have any of you had litters that the male was larger than the female and it turned out ok??
