all i want is to discuss this article about the dogs! in my country philippines! its illegal to kill a dog! but some filippino are hard to flow this rule! my country is not a rich country the main problem is the food in here so i understand why do filipino are doin htis kind of thing!! all i want is to clear the minds of this people to stop! now what is wrong to my discussion!
