Adsense is nonsance

I have registered for Adsense and placed the google ads on my blog. But, when I have reached nearly 90 dollars I have received a mail from google saying 'your account has been disabled due to invalid cliks found'. But, I am sure I did not do any clicks on my ads and even I did not ask any one to click on my ads. Why these things will happen in such giant and popular web companies.
