well girls cant resist themselves and they cant keep secret so they cant keep their mouth shut down...they have many topics to talk about..if one girl starts one tropic than other starts on other topic so they cant stop talking...

it is because that girls know more than boys and have the feeling to spread it to other people.but boys are dumb

It's actually been studied, and women have a need to talk up to 3 times more then men. Men's brains are different in that area, and they don't talk, or chit-chat near as much as women.
