To keep things personal or not?

There r different kind of person we come across in our daily life, some of them have very open life style their life is like an open book any one who lives around him gets to know almost everything bout them.. but to enter into their life is not that easy u got to be somewhat different from others to make a place over there.
the second kind of people are thos who have ver introvert type of nature.. to say that they don't have any emotions for any one is absolutely rubish just the thing is that they don't want to share things with any one in the life.
my discussion is about both these kind of people.after comming across them i think..
should i be open or introvert..?
Is it right to share things with ur friends..?
To what extent things should be kept personal..

well personally I wont be able to tell you that because Im not you
and my feelings will often differ from yours.That depends how you feel about the person.if you think they are trustworthy then you can tell alittle info to them.
however i dont recommend being to open with anyone..as it may bite you in the butt
in the future.unless its the internet tho..where your identity is hidden
