I have been activly helping game developers on this game www.supremedestiny.com.my "Supreme destiny" Now for a couple days ago i did submit a support ticket abotu a bug ingame. and then i got 2 responses one from admin and one from gamemaster My original message: "In these cordinates xxxx xxxx is a war boar stuck in the wall with a item worth 10m and i would like to kill that, but when it takes damage it just does resdtore the healt again. can you please take that away from there so people could hunt for it? It would be nice to get those items since i need those to my quest." I did supply image too to them so they can see cordinates and what mob is that. Well then Gamemaster answers: "Dear player, You moron you can't kill that monster since it is inside the wall and we are currently moving that monster so there is a gamemaster in-game and taking that monster to the ground so you can kill it" Then after some hours of being down i got message in-game from admin "God" "Dear player I have been looking through the logs of our gamemasters help and I think that they didn't serve you as they should so I have decided to take a battle with you come to these cordinates xxxx xxxx (gave me cordinates it was player killing zone" and fight me..." then i ofcourse went tom there it was noone there, then it just did a character come from nowhere and came to talk to me well then i asked him if he was starting to fight with me, and he said no i am not going to fight since i am god of this game you msut fight against my monsters, then suddenly it came this very big monster from nowhere and started hitting me and i was suprised i didn't die even if it did hit me over my hp and my hp didn't decrease, i got help from god i guess, but the point here is that was the gamemasters doing fairly? Why did they actually answer me you moron? And how didi the god have such a good timing about going throught the logs? But was the acting of gamesmater team fair to me as a player? Tell me what you think about this case? Have you ever had bad consumer help/customer help?
