Basically I am in a job that I really enjoy now. The things I was looking for before I joined included: decent salary (I'm not asking for the moon and stars but just what I'm worth according to my skills and years of experience), good promotion prospects, a stable company that is growing, flexibility to take time off at short notice (as my dad is quite unwell and has to go to hospital at short notice sometimes), a good bunch of people to work with that I can easily get along with and of course doing a job that I actually enjoy and know how to do. I get all of this in my current job, which is why I intend to stay here for a very very long time!

Basically I look for the company capable of utilising my potentials, and offering a suitable and reasonable remuneration for my efforts.
