Getting out of bed in the morning... what works best?

University is starting again soon and ive been on a 3month holiday, waking up late, doing nothing, lazing around. Ive tried to start getting up earlier but i keep turning my dam alarm off and waking up later anyway... haha. What is a good way to get up in the morning and stay out of bed? I have a couple of weeks left to practice getting up early so i can get into a routine :P dam i sound really sad dont i... im sure i will be able to manage when university actually starts... but what gets you out of bed in the mornings?

Alarm always does wonders for me, no matter how messy my sleeping routine is. I don't think it is a matter of getting used, or at least for people like me it isn't. Each person has each's own sleeping patterns and you'll get the necessary sleep once sleeping time clashes against your active daily time. But yeah, nothing like the unpleasant sound of a good alarm to get you out of bed in the morning and tell you that lazy days are over :)

Haha... yeah that noise is such a pain in the mornings!!!! I started using my phone because i can choose the alarm tone i want and i still need to get myself a tone thats softer on the ears in the morning. One thats pleasant to wake up to if you know what i mean. Lazy days are soon over... :(

my colg also started after 15 days, in my holidays i use to wake up around 12 morning but for my colg i got to do it in 7 morning.....i just used my alarm to wake me up. i knowits difficult to get out of bed even though u r not in sleep....but u hav to strong up ur WILL POWER....
