USA & Europe needs women Presidents and Prime Ministers

Pelosi become the first woman white house speaker of USA...in Europe currently Germany is ruled by woman...Finland also had woman President and Prime Minister... Why don't USA and UK make their woman Presidents and Prime Ministers? India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Burma...all these South East Asian countries had woman Presidents and Prime Minister in the past...then why USA and Europe lags behind with these countries to give powerful positions to women? USA and Europe needs woman Presidents and Prime Minister.
