My daughter is separated and her ex partner will not allow any of the grandparents to have more than 1 day per fortnight access. I think he is just being spiteful but I don't know what to do about it. Anyone have any clues please?

You can take him to court for grandparent rights! I would check into it!

I'd like to but he is somewhat vicious and I don't want him to take it out on my daughter and the kiddies.

He is somewhat viscious????? Get your head screwed on mum. The reason why I split with him is because you have constantly managed to screw my life up. I don't want you to have contact with the kids or me either.

If you can't get it by agreement, you have no other recourse but to go to the court. Court procedures are very rigorous and expensive and time-consuming. I suggest that you talk well to him and present suggestions and make the necessary agreement.

That would be great, but he is not talking to his OWN parents let alone me:(
