Debris in outer space has been a question of concern in the past . The latest test of China in successfully shooting down a weather sattelite (China's own ) in outer space may lead to similar test done by other countries . This is indicated from the condemnation of this action of China by many countries including USA , Japan , Australia etc. DO you think there has been any recent provokation from USA , Russia etc.to push China to fuel a new race for controlling the space ? IS THIS CHINESE ACTION CONDEMNABLE ?
