Yes i belive always the hard work pays, what ever the work you are doing we have do the work with full dedication and zeal. In such scenario we are going to winners in our field. There is popular saying the work is worship. The work whether it is having high regard or low regard we have to do the work with full dedication.

After the invention of the internet and online investments no one realyl has to work at all. So no I don't think hard work pays of :-)
