What are the 3 things you really want to tell your boss!

Ever have one of those grumpy bosses or one that you just love to death? Are there things you want to tell them and just never got the nerve? I had one boss a few years ago who couldn't find his own butt with two hands and a road map. I always wanted to tell him, "You're not as effective a manager as you think you are. In fact, the best thing you can do for this organization is to retire." I never did, even though I left. I did inform the organization's board of directors when they asked me. But that's not the same. So what would you tell your boss, Good or bad, if you could do so without reprisals?
