Whose to blame? Teenage girls wanting a baby...

I have heard this a few times, seen it on tv, or in the newspaper something about a teenager having a baby. I have to wonder where it comes from...Is it the friends at school who talk about it, are they neglected at home and feel a need to want someone to love them, need and want them? Is it the parents not paying attention or giving enough attention to the kids?? What causes teenagers to even want to give up their important years for a baby??? The sad thing is they don't understand the importance to taking care of a baby, let alone themselves....Now my thought is whose to blame, Do you blame anyone? What causes this..It's such a shame to hear or see such young girls pregnant...Is there anyone that could shed some light on why this happens or know someone who is going thru it?
