I am Ukrainian so of course we love our cabbage rolls, as well as our perogies. I think it's a lot of Ukrainian's favorite foods to eat. I had attached a recipe below that me & my other half make around the house quite often if anyone is interested in trying it. "Cabbage Perogies." Ingredients are as follows: - 2 cups of all purpose flour - 1 teaspoon of salt - 1 egg beaten - 2/3 cup of cold water - 1 (32 ounce) jar of saurkraut - we only use half of a jar, not even. Make sure it's rinsed, drained, & minced! - 3 tablespoons of sour cream - salt & pepper to taste Directions are as follows: - To make the dough: In a medium bowl combine the flour, salt; egg & water. Then mix all together to form dough. Cover bowl & set a side. - To make sauerkraut filling: Stir in sauerkraut then sour cream. Then mix well. - Roll the reserved dough out on a floured surface. Cut circles out of rough, using a small cup. Place a spoonful of sauerkraut filling in the center of each circle & fold over, pinching edges together to seal. - Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Then drop the perogies in to the boiling water & cook for 4-5 minutes or until they float to the top. - Serve with fried onions if desired. As well as fried bacon or sausage that is diced in to small pieces if desired. This is optional. As well serve with sour cream as they taste rather yummy this way! . . ENJOY! xx

i'm a filipino, and i believe most filipinos would enjoy "sinigang". Sinigang could be cooked with beef, fish, pork or shrimp. My favorite is shrimp sinigang. It's like a boiled soup with broth that's mixed with radish, green vegetables and tamarind. It's so delicious that i never grow weary of it.

I enjoy Danish seafood dishes, or Danish style meatballs. I love desserts and pasteries from Denmark. I can't possibly choose one. All kinds of Danish recipes can be found in the cookbook I published in 2005. It's available in print or PDF format. Tak For Mad ISBN: 1-4116-3456-X http://www.lulu.com/content/116633

i am malaysia. my favorite dish is Nasi Lemak. With roots in Malay culture, its name is a Malay word that literally means 'rice in fat'. The name is derived from the cooking process whereby rice is soaked in rich coconut cream and then the mixture steamed. Sometimes knotted screwpine (pandan) leaves are thrown into the rice while steaming to give it more fragrance. Occasionally, other herbs such as ginger and lemon grass may also be added for additional fragrance.
