What are your best weight loss tips?

Drink lots of water! I try to get 64 ounces a day and I can feel a big change in my body.

I did that to drop some weight when I first had my baby, but I got away from that. Thanks for posting...I will get back on that right away...64 oz. or more really does make a difference! I.C. Jackson

I lost 67 lbs. :-) I did it by exercising (pilates and weight lifting to tone) and to curb my appitite I took the Hoodia (make sure it's 100%). That's a cactus that one of the reporters on 60 min. discovered in Africa. It helps control your appitite. Also use a smaller plate when eating. It's a mind thing lol Makes your mind think you are eating more than you actually are. ;-)

i think the best way to lose weight is to exercise, take some stretching and jugging everyday about 15-30 minutes a day! eat only a small amount of carbohydrates, fat! if it does'nt work, dont sleep early! and you will lose weight!

Skip lunch when you feel you're over weight,keep skipping until you become light weighted.it always works for me..Dieting is the only way. Cheers ;).

The thing that has worked for me is finding something that you really care about that will motivate you to stick to it. My boyfriend and I now have to do long distance, and it's hard. But we are celebrating our 1 year anniversary, and I'm going to visit him for Valentine's day. That's what's motivating me to stick to my plan. I want to look better than when he last saw me! There are a few other things that I do to help. I choose foods that I like but are still low-fat, low cholesterol and low sodium, and I choose things that portion my meals out for me, so I don't over eat. Right now, I'm sticking to slim fast shake for breakfast, slim fast and applesauce for lunch, and something like a lean pockets or lean cuisine meals for dinner. They have just what you need, so you get your nutrition and you don't overeat. If I get snacky, I go for fruit! And last but not least, I stay as active as I can. I take the stairs instead of the elevator. I don't sit down and eat on my lunch break, I take a brisk walk (with the slim fast in hand). And I exercise (fat-burning pilates) at least once a day. I'm not the easiest person to motivate when it comes to loosing weight, but my relationship is important to me, and things mean so much more when you have to be away from the person you love. So I'm sticking to it no matter what!

Best thing that works for me is intake on water, and no snacking. More fruits and veggies. That's it. No exercise.
