Sarcasm + Intellect + Handicap = Cute + Charming + Endearing

Sarcasm gets old from time to time in House, M.D. But it never really gets unbearably boring. Having said that, I may be a big fan of sarcasm, afterall. Or maybe this kind of thought is reserved only for Dr. House. Despite his being a total jerk to all the people around him, he redeems himself each time he saves a life. And it's always, always no mean a feat. Care to share Dr. House's good side?

I think his sarcasm and attitude is sexy and it completes the package. I find all of the other characters to be incredibly boring lol. I think House is totally hot.

i think so, too. i can totally understand why cameron had asked house to go out on a (supposedly) romantic date with her. i can also understand why stacy was willing to leave her husband for house, just as i could get why she had left house to begin with :)

For me, it's the sarcasm and attitude PLUS the fact that he's highly intelligent. Forget Brad Pitt...I'll take Dr. House any day!

Oh me too! My heart just broke when Stacey left him to go back to Mark. If it weren't for the amazing intelligence, his overwhelming sarcasm would be way too much, but you can't help but admire intelligent people, no matter how big of a jerk they can be.

I think it's just House. Or maybe it just works for men. I'm sarcastic, intelligent and handicapped and very few people find me charming and endearing. They mostly find me abrasive and bitter. House's personality is great for a TV character, not so great for a person in real life. Maybe I should become a doctor. ;) (And for the record, my handicap is similar to House's. I walk with a cane and I'm on prescription Vicodin.)
