How important is dignity of labour?

I think there must be dignity of labour.But it is sad that many developing countries still don't have this.The person who does jobs of cleaning etc. is looked low.yes there are many people who are giving dignity to everyone.But don't u think that it must be made compulsory.What is your opinion?

Yes in few contries it wont be there.They will illtreat the people who do claening jobs etc.And people feel what he is doing even that much educated.So people's behaviour towards them need to be changed and feel everyone is equal and treat equally what ever job they do.
