Meditation .....for Stress ?

Meditation is finally where you are without thoughts. A condition where you are conscious but still resting, by blocking all external disturbances and thoughts. We can achieve this in various ways. Music, sitting in a place close to nature, actually going to a meditation centre, or more simply just close your eyes and try to deconcentrate. Let nothing come to your mind and let your mind go no where else.
